Yes—sealed master cases are sold as a separate product. Buying 12 Japanese boxes does not guarantee a sealed case.

We don’t currently ship outside the EU via the website. If we manually approve such orders, import duties/taxes are paid by the buyer.

Yes, we sell official Japanese product. Our suppliers are part of our know-how, so we don’t disclose their identities.

Yes, within the 14-day legal window. Items must be unopened and in perfect condition. If seals are tampered with or items show use, returns may be refused.

You have up to 72 hours from delivery to report it. Please email us with photos and/or video of the parcel and contents.

Yes, for Japanese products. If release dates shift, we reschedule delivery; if allocation is cut, we fulfill first-come, first-served. For Japanese product, it’s extremely rare not to fulfill on time.

Usually max 1 per order. We also use them as newsletter/per-order gifts in specific promos (offers may change over time).
No—coupons are not stackable (except for the Mystery Pack promotion when applicable).
